How does scheduling work?
All appointments are submitted as requests and manually approved based on availability and location. This helps ensure organized scheduling, quality care, and efficient travel routing for all clients.
Do you offer recurring visits?
Yes! Recurring visits are available for clients needing ongoing support or regularly scheduled services.
Is there a minimum visit length?
Yes. A 1-hour minimum applies to all services.
Can I request a service that is not listed?
Absolutely. Every home, family, and situation is unique. If your needs do not perfectly fit the services listed, please feel free to reach out and I will always do my best to see how I may be able to help.
Will I have the same person every time?
Yes. All services are personally provided by me, allowing clients and families to receive consistent, dependable care and support.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Zelle, check, cash, Cash App, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still be responsible for payment of the scheduled service.
What types of pets do you care for?
I currently provide care for cats and dogs.
Can you care for multiple pets at once?
Yes! Pricing may vary depending on the number of pets and level of care needed.
